“Rest · Reconnect · Restore” is a private retreat designed exclusively for small groups of (friends, colleagues, family members) who wants to experience an intimate, profound, and regenerating time, away from the hectic pace and close to what truly matters: breath, body, nature, and your friendship.

Over 2 nights and 3 days, we will guide you through a journey of self-care rituals, moments of presence, gentle movement practices, and spaces for listening.

Every detail is tailored to your needs: you can choose the dates, pace, and activities together to create the perfect retreat for your group.

I’m Coco Costanza Sibio, Italian woman, Yoga teacher and holistic space holder. From the very beginning, I felt a deep connection with this living land, Portugal, which inspired me to launch my project Irmalua Moonsister. A container of practices, rituals and ceremony for women, here, where I have been living for 5 years now.
