09:30 – 10:30 Morning yoga class
10:30 Late breakfast
1 hour long massage appointment
Teas and coffees available all day, including a freshly baked cake
Free time to relax, read, go out to explore Ericeira, or spend time at the beaches
Possibility for infrared sauna rental for 30 or 60 min for additional cost
18:30 – 19:30 Evening yoga class
